About

Lindsay is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. Her approach weaves together clinical expertise with a deep understanding of psychedelic healing and the mind–body connection. Lindsay offers a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore the insights, emotions, and revelations that arise during their healing journey.

Lindsay specializes in ketamine-assisted therapy, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and eating disorders, and brings compassion, presence, and curiosity to every interaction. She believes that healing begins when we reconnect with our true selves—and that self-compassion is one of the most transformative tools we can access.

Rooted in Compassion-Focused Therapy, her work also integrates breath work, yoga, and somatic practices to support emotional regulation and embodiment. As a certified yoga instructor, Lindsay offers a grounded, body-based perspective that helps clients not only understand their experiences but also feel and integrate them on a deeper level.

Lindsay often invites the natural world into the therapeutic process, encouraging time outdoors as a way to reconnect with intuition, inner wisdom, and a sense of peace that transcends language.
