About

My name is Lindsay Hordes, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with a master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University. My approach weaves together clinical expertise with a deep understanding of psychedelic healing and the mind–body connection. I offer a warm, supportive environment where clients feel safe to explore the insights, emotions, and revelations that arise during their healing journey.

I specialize in ketamine-assisted therapy, trauma, depression, anxiety, substance use, and eating disorders, and I bring compassion, presence, and curiosity to every interaction. I believe that healing begins when we reconnect with our true selves—and that self-compassion is one of the most transformative tools we can access.

Rooted in Compassion-Focused Therapy, my work also integrates breathwork, yoga, and somatic practices to support emotional regulation and embodiment. As a certified yoga instructor, I offer a grounded, body-based perspective that helps clients not only understand their experiences but also feel and integrate them on a deeper level.

I often invite the natural world into the therapeutic process, encouraging time outdoors as a way to reconnect with intuition, inner wisdom, and a sense of peace that transcends language.
